Name of the Post: Combined Defence Services Examination (I)

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess
Indian Military Academy and Officers' Training Academy : Degree of a recognised university or equivalent.
Naval Academy : B.Sc. (with Physics & Mathematics ) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognised university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute.

Age Limit: As On dated 1st January 2018

Candidate’s age limit should be 20 to 24 years

Exam fees:

1) Application fees and Intimation Charges for General Rs. 200/-

2) Application fees and Intimation Charges for OBC Rs. 200/-

3) Application fees and Intimation Charges for SC/ST/PH exempted

Selection Process / Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests are Picture Perception* Description Test (PP&DT). The candidates will be shortlisted based on combination of performance in OIR Test and PP&DT.
