Educational Qualifications:

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Finance):

  • CA/ICWA Final Examination pass
  • Total four years post qualification experience (Deputy Manager), Two years experience (Assistant Manager).

Assistant Manager (Tech):

  • B.Tech/BE in any discipline
  • MBA in Finance/Marketing specialization or Certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from BEE
  • Two years post Qualification Experience

Assistant Manager (IT):

  • B.Tech/Be in Computer Science/IT or MCA from recognized Institution.
  • Two years post Qualification Experience

Assistant Manager (HR):

  • MBA/PG Diploma/MSW with HR Specialization
  • Two years post Qualification Experience

Assistant Manager (Contracts):

  • B.Tech/BE in any Engineering discipline and
  • PG Diploma/MBA in Material Management
  • Two years post Qualification Experience

Officer (HR):

  • MBA/PG Diploma/MSW with HR Specialization
  • One year post Qualification Experience

Engineer (IT):

  • B.Tech/Be in Computer Science/IT or MCA from recognized Institution.
