Jadavpur University, Kolkata invites application for prescribed form for the following 211 posts has issued a Employment Notification for Recruitment of Junior Mechanic, Junior Assistant cum –Typist, Assistant Librarian, Technical Assistant, Store Keeper, Peon. Educational Qualifications:

| For SI.No.1 | H.S. /SF + training/class VIII plus proficiency certificate from ITI or equivalent govt. recognized institution. ITI or equivalent recognized institution/handling in Press. |
| For SI.No.2 | Higher Secondary or its equivalent Examination recognized by the Council of Higher Secondary Education. Basic knowledge in computer including the knowledge of word processing. |
| For SI.No.3 | Bachelor Degree followed by Diploma/Degree in Library Science. Knowledge of Universal Decimal Classifications. Knowledge of Computer Application preferably in Librarianship/Library automations |
| For SI.No.4 | B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering recognized by the State Council of Technical Education. Experience in handling scientific laboratory equipments/machines/computer/Electrical. |
| For SI.No.5 | Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with considerable experience in the maintenance of Engineering , Science and other stores. Diploma/Certificate in Store management from any recognized Centre/Institute & working knowledge of computer. |

Age Limit:
18-40 years (Age relaxation as per norms, for SC/ST and OBC candidates 5 and 3 years respectively)

Selection Mode:
