Education Qualifications :
1. Deputy Manager (PR) –Post Graduation/PG Diploma in Mass Comunication/Public Relations/Journalism (OR) PG Diploma in Journalism (Radio & T.V Journalism, Public Relations, English Journalism) with 60% marks merit.Minimum seven years post qualification experience in the area of Corporate Communicatins/Public Relations.
2. Deputy Manger (Technical)-Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) with MBA/PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA in Finance/Power Specialization with 60% marks merit.Minimum seven years post qualification experience in power sector.
3. Deputy Manager (Technical),Green Energy –Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) with MBA/PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA in Finance/Power Specialization with 60% marks merit.Minimum seven years post qualification experience in power sector.
4. Assistant Manager (Finance) – CA/ICWA Examination pass or B.Com with MBA/PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA in Finance specialization and minimum four years post qualification experience in NBFC/Bank/Financial Institution/RBI/Power Sector.
5. Assistant Manager (Technical) –B.Tech/BE with MBA/PGDm/PGP/PGDBA/PGDBM in Finance/Power and four years post qualification experience in Power Sector.
6. Assistant Manager – B.Tech/BE in Electrical Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Production/Power/Energy with 60% marks merit (OR) MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA in HR/MHROD/PGDHRM/PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA in Human Resource specialization and five years post qualification experience in the Implementation of CSR intiatives.
7. Officer (MS)-B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/IT or MCA & M.Tech with MBA/PGP/PGDM/PGDBA/PGDBM in HR specialization and two years post qualification experience in the field of information/Network security and system administration.
8. Officer (Civil Engineering) – Graduation (B.Tech/BE) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks merit and three years post qualification experience in the field of Building construction and maintenance works.
Age Preference :
Candidates age of 35 years for Sr.No.1-3, up to 32 years for Sr.no.4,5, up to 33 years for Assistant manager, up to 30 years for Officer (MS), up to 31 years for Officer (Civil Engineering) post.Age relaxable for SC/ST/PWD/Ex.Servicemen candidates.
