1. Company Secretary-Bachelror’s Degree in any discipline and A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. One year experience of working in Company Secretaries branch of listed Company/reputed organization.
2. Accounts cum Commercial Manager-Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics combination Group subjects with 50% marks merit.
Age Preference :
Candidates age limit up to 38 years as on 01.02.2016 (Company Secretary), 30.04.2015 (Accounts cum Commercial Manager).
