Education Qualifications :
1. Operator/Technician – Probationer -Madhyamik or equivalent Examination pass and ITI /National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)/National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Fitter/Electrician Trades under NCVT from any recognized Industrial Training Institution.
2. Assistant Sub Inspector (Security) -XIIth Standard examination pass and Five years service in regular Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of India and includes BSF, CISF and ITBP
3.Staff Nurse : Higher Secondary Examination pass and Graduation/Diploma inGeneral Nursing & Midwifery from any institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Must be one year working experience in OT and inpatient department at any Government Hospital.
4.Operation & Maintenance Supervisor-Probationer -Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering ) from any institute recognized by the AICTE.
5.Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil)-Probationer -Diploma in Civil Engineering from any institute recognized by the AICTE.
6. Security Officer -Graduation in any group discipline from recognized University.Five years service in regular Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of India and includes BSF, CISF and ITBP
7. Assistant Manager (PS)-Probationer : B.Tech/BE inMechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Control & Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication Engineering from any recognized University (OR) M.Tech/ME in relevant field experience.
8. Assistant Manager (Civil)-Probationer : B.Tech/BE inCivil / Construction Engineering (OR) M.Tech/ME in relevant engineering with 60% marks merit.
9. Assistant Manager (HR&A)-Probationer : MBA/MHRM/Post Graduation/PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations (IR)/Human Resource (HR) ) from an University recognized by UGC/Institution.
10. Assistant Manager (F&A)-Probationer : Graduation with Chartered Accountants of India (ACA / FCA) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA / FCMA) Examination pass.
11. Medical Officer-MBBS from India recognized Institution by the Medical Council of India.Must have complete Internship and Diploma in Industrial/ Occupational Health from any Institute or University approved by the Medical Council of India.
12. Assistant Teacher –Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant subjects with 50% marks merit and B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) examination pass.
Age Preference :
Candidates must be age of maximum 30 years for all posts, up to 35 years for Security Officer/Assistant Sub Inspector (Security) as on 01.02.2016. Age relaxable belonging SC/ST/OBC/EC/Ex Servicemen/PWD candidates shall be allowed as per extant norms

Selectiion Process :

The General/OBC categories are required to apply paying non-refundable Application Fees of Rs. 300/-through State Bank of India (SBI) has been authorized to collect the application fee through SBI Collect facility (payment of fee using either Debit Card/Credit Card /Net Banking system) only.The SC/ST/EC/PWD/eligible WBPDCL Contractors workers & WBPDCL Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fees.
