Education Qualifications :
1. Deputy General Manager (Finance)-CA/ICWA Final Examination pass and 17 years post qualification experience
2. Assistant Manager (Geology)-Master Degree in Geology/Applied Geology with 60% marks merit and eight years Geological work experience
3. Assistant Manager (Drilling)-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks merit.Eight years experience in Core Drilling work.
4. Assistant Manager (Legal)-Graduation in any discipline with Graduation in Law with 60% marks merit (OR) Five years integrated Law Course with 60% marks merit.Eight years experience of Drafting/Vetting/Executing of Legal Documents.
5. Assistant Manager (HR)-Graduation in any discipline with with PG Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relation, Labour Welfare (OR) MBA/PG in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations and eight years experience in responsible supervisory position.
6. Assistant Manager (Finance)-Graduation with CA/ICWA Final Examination pass and Eight years experience in supervisory capacity.
7. Accounts Officer-Graduation with CA/ICWA Final Examination pass and two years experience in different Areas of Financial Management Accounting work.
8. Material Officer-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks merit.Two years experience in Material Management.
9. Foremen (Drilling)-Diploma in Drilling Engineering with 60% marks merit and one year experience in Exploratory drilling wotks.
10. Stenographer-Graduation in any Group Subjects.Shorthand speed 80 words/min & typing speed 40 words/min in English and one year experience in Govt. Offices/Public sector/Commercial Organisation.
11. Mechanic Cum Operator (Drilling)-Matriculation Examination pass and ITI in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery), Diesel Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Fitter Trade and three years experience in Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter/Drilling Trades.
12. Driver -Matriculation Examination pass and Must have Heavy or Light Vehical Driving License and four years experience of Driving and maintanence of heavy Vehicles.
13. Machinist-Matriculation Examination pass and ITI in Turner/Machinist/Grinder or Miller Trades.
