Education Qualifications :
Chief Engineer (Dist.)-B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering with 15 years experience in Power Sector.
Superintending Engineer (Dist.)-B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering with 12 years experience in Power Sector.
Chief General Manager (F&A)-CA/ICWA Examination pass and 12 years relevant experience in Finance/Accounts/ Audit.
General Manager (F&A)-CA/ICWA Examination pass and ten years relevant experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit.
Deputy General Manager (IT) –Graduation in Computer/Information Technology/Computer Science and Engineering or MCA from recognized University and ten years post qualification experience in Computer Programming / System Analyst and Designing works.
Assistant General Manager (HR) –MBA/MMS (Master of Management Studies)/MPM (Master of Personnel Management) in Human Resources Management/ Development/Personnel Management specialization or MSW/Master in Labour Studies and nine years experience in Human Resources Development /Personnel Management.
Assistant General Manager (F&A)-CA/ICWA Examination pass and eight years relevant experience in Finance / Accounts / Audit.
Age Preference :
Candidates of Chief Engineer/Chief General Manager attained age of 50 years, General Manager –48 years, Superintending Engineer/Dy.General Manager/Assistant General Manager- 45 years as on 26.02.2016.
