Vector Control Research Centre (VCRC) Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) the notification is invites the direct recruitment through Written Test & Interview for filling up of three posts of Scientists- B in Medical and Non- Medical and these posts carry all India service liability the Eligible candidates may apply through online website www.vcrc.res.in on or before of the last date 10 March 2016.

Educational Qualifications:
Essential Qualification:
- MBBS Degree recognized by MCI.
- 1st 2nd M.Sc degree in zoology / Medical Entomology/ Public Health Entomology from a Recognized University.
- Ph. D in the relevant subject from a recognized University.
- 1s 2nd t Class in Master’s degree in Microbiology from a Recognized University.
Desirable:
- MD in Community / Medicine/ Social & Preventive Medicine / Microbiology/Pathology.
- Additional Post Doctoral research / Teaching Experience in subjects in recognized Unversity.
- Two years R&D/ Teaching experience in relevant subject after obtaining essential qualification.
- Doctorate in Zoology / Public Health Entomology / Medical Entomology from a Recognized University.
- Doctorate in Microbiology from a Recognized University.
- Knowledge of Computer Applications or Biostatistics / Data Management.
Age Limit:
Not exceeding 35 years age relaxation to Govt. Servant Candidates and OBC Candidates (only for the post reserved of OBC) in accordance with the instructions issued by the Department of personnel and Training from time to time in this regard.
Pay Scale:
The institute is fixing for the basic pay is 15600- 39100 + Grand pay of Rs. 5400.
Selection Mode:
The selection of the candidates is selected through written Test.
Application Fee:
The candidates who are interested may apply Rs. 500/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs.199/- for SC&ST in the form of crossed demand draft of nay Bank. The candidates belonging to PWD category are exempted from payment of application fee.
