- Post Graduation in English/Hindi with Hindi and English as compulsory elective subjects at Graduation level (OR)

- Shorthand speed 80 words/min , typing speed 40 words/min in English or Accurate speed of 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry on Computer.

Selection process :
Appointment made will be on basis of e Skill/Trade test are mandatory, provided secure the minimum qualifying marks in written examination (40% for UR/OBC Candidate and 35% for SC/ST candidate).
Application fee Details :
An Application fee Rs.50/- (GEN/OBC) , no fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. Fee payable through Online (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) /offline (Indian Postal Order in favor of The Director, CEPTAM, Delhi, payable at Delhi).
