Education Qualifications :
Candidates should be Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks merit and A Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretary of India. Must be seven years of experience in Private/ Public Sector Bank or Company as Company Secretary with adequate exposure to compliance / Secretarial function.
NOTE : MBA in Finance Specialization & Chartered Accountan qualification is advantage.
Age Preference :
Applicants age limit must not above 45 years as on 01.02.2016.
Pay Allowance :
- 1st Year – Rs.Rs. 30.00 lacs per annum
- 2-3 years-Rs. 30.00 lacs per annum & 15% of Fixed Component
- 4-5 years -Rs. 30.00 lacs per annum & 30% of Fixed Component
Selection Process :
Selection will be based on personal interview & qualification, experience.
